The "St Kliment Ohridski" University - Bitola has its own herald, flag, rector’s insignia, rectors’ toga and ceremonious vestment for persons given the title Professor Honoris Causa.

The flag of the University symbolizes progress, science, history and education. It has been used on the flag, diplomas, acknowledgements, memorandums and issues published by the University.

The author of the herald is prof. Simeon Siljanovski academic artist, former Dean of the Faculty of education in Bitola.

The flag is rectangular, colored in golden-yellow and contains the sign of the University.

The Rector wears the insignia (golden necklace containing the symbols of the University activities and the University sign in the middle) on official ceremonies which are governed by the Rector, as well as on every other ceremony on which the University takes part.

The vice-rectors have its own vestments as well as the deans, vice-deans and directors of the faculties and institutions of the University.

The patron saint of the University is Kliment Ohridski and the 8th. of December is a national holyday.
